Intestinal World

I was responsible for designing a mobile app aimed at maintaining health through gut activity. By identifying the state of intestinal bacteria through stool analysis and incorporating technology to visualize the intestinal environment, the app is designed to help users understand the condition of their intestines, which is not visible to the naked eye. The visual representation of improvements in the intestinal condition is intended to evoke a sense of 'emotion' and 'attachment' towards gut activity in users, encouraging them to continue their healthy habits with enjoyment. Through this project, I was able to propose a new form of health management to users, combining the increasing interest in health with the evolution of technology. As a background technology, we are developing a method to understand changes in the intestinal environment through the smell of stool. Devices installed in toilets analyze the smell of stool and use AI to predict the composition and state of intestinal bacteria. This technology will allow people to monitor their intestinal health in their daily life without special tests. Although there are ongoing challenges, such as making the system more compact, this initiative has the potential to bring significant changes to personal health management.

腸活による健康維持を目的としたモバイルアプリのデザインを担当しました。便検査により腸内細菌の状態を特定し、腸内環境を可視化する技術を取り入れることで、ユーザーに肉眼では見ることのできない腸内の状態を理解してもらうことを目指しました。腸内の状態が改善される様子を視覚的に捉えることで、ユーザーが腸活に対する「感動」と「愛着」を持ち、楽しみながら健康習慣を継続できるように設計されています。このプロジェクトを通じて、健康志向の高まりとテクノロジーの進化を融合させ、ユーザーに新たな健康管理の形を提案することができました。背景技術として、腸内環境の変化を便のにおいから把握する技術が開発中です。トイレに設置された機器が、便のにおいを分析し、AIを用いて腸内細菌の割合や状態を予測します。この技術により、特別な検査なしに、日常生活を送るだけで腸内環境を把握できるようになります。今後の実用化に向けて、軽量化などの課題が続いていますが、この取り組みは個人の健康管理に大きな変革をもたらす可能性があります。
